Voytek Kawecki

 Voytek has over 25 years of professional experience in a variety of management roles including development of programs, cost/schedule control systems and management of projects of up to $1 billion. His main area of expertise is project based strategic planning and resource modelling, design of project control systems and databases, project performance monitoring and reporting. Voytek has exceptional skills in development of unconventional methods and techniques for project control. Voytek's past jobs include development of $650 million winning Tender Construction Schedules and Cash Flow forecasts for the M5 Freeway, at the time the largest single awarded civil engineering contract in Australia. He was a Planning Manager for the Melbourne City Link Project $500 million contract. He developed a Planning Strategy for Lockheed Martin Australia to monitor Australian defence programs. He was a Project Controls Manager for Rail Infrastructure Corporation NSW establishing configuration for monitoring progress of over 3000 projects per year. Voytek's international projects included development of infrastructure programs in Australia, USA, Hong Kong, New Guinea and Malaysia. His management skills were proven on projects involving multiple sub-contractors and various business units. He supervised and controlled programs in a range of systems including Microsoft and Primavera. This is supported by management experience with large diversity of projects and his understandings of modern technologies support his expertise.

In his spare time Voytek enjoys scuba diving relaxing in underwater world.
