Voytek has over 25 years of professional experience in a variety of management roles including development of programs, cost/schedule control systems and management of projects of up to $6 billion. His main area of expertise is project based strategic planning and resource modelling, the design of project control systems and databases, project performance monitoring and reporting. Voytek has exceptional skills in the development of unconventional methods and techniques for project control. Voytek's past jobs include the development of $650 million winning Tender Construction Schedules and Cash Flow forecasts for the M5 Freeway, at the time the largest single awarded civil engineering contract in Australia. He was a Planning Manager for the Melbourne City Link Project $500 million contract. He developed a Planning Strategy for Lockheed Martin Australia to monitor Australian defence programs. He was a Project Controls Manager for Rail Infrastructure Corporation NSW establishing the configuration for monitoring progress of over 3000 projects per year. Voytek's international projects included the development of infrastructure programs in Australia, USA, Hong Kong, New Guinea, Malaysia and the Philippines. His management skills were proven on projects involving multiple sub-contractors and various business units. He supervised and controlled programs in a range of systems including Microsoft and Primavera. This is supported by management experience with a large diversity of projects and his understandings of modern technologies support his expertise.
Allan has 30 years’ experience as an engineering professional, both locally and internationally. His breadth of experience ranged from management of bidding large tenders, large and complex engineering projects (Helicopter simulator and avionics systems), Radar Acoustic Systems, Submarine Upgrades (Collins Combat System), Virtual prototype systems for the wireless and automotive industries, Research programs, Patent filings, Product Development (Finance, Exchange, Software Developer Toolkits (SDK)), Cryptocurrency Mining, Sub-Contract Management, Contract Negotiations, large TLS organizations as well as the delivery of complex engineering programmes in the commercial and military sectors, system design, software design, programming experience in military systems, civil process control systems, communication networks and embedded software systems. He is a specialist in streamlining processes and operations across multiple functions, generating rapid turn-around in business performance. Allan has a proven track record in managing, transforming, establishing, restructuring and starting up complex and sophisticated companies and departments, with a comprehensive background in Program Director, Program Manager and Chief Technology Operations Officer capacities. His most recent assignment was starting up a large cryptocurrency company in London which produced an unprecedented list of patents and sophisticated products including crypto mining farms. Allan was appointed to the board overseeing the extensive operations of the entire group. He has an extensive background working with large defence companies and complex R&D organizations and has successfully established and optimised PMO capabilities in multiple companies worldwide. He is an advocate for the use of EVMS and merging Waterfall / Iterative / Agile methodologies. Allan has successfully managed highly technical projects with budgets exceeding $180M.
Andrew’s expertise includes management of a team of engineers of all disciplines and a variety of cultural backgrounds. Direct and indirect responsibilities for delivery of multiple infrastructure projects that were collectively valued at 2.5 billion dollars, coordination of projects phases planning, design & implementation including PPP, PFI, EPCM types of projects. Responsible for the design and preparation of all types of contracts and contracts management covering major roads, water infrastructure eg. dams, pipeline networks, desalination plants and railway corridors. On various projects, Andrew was responsible for negotiations with state, local governments and various governmental bodies, financial institutions, contractors and suppliers. As Project Director and CEO, he was responsible for the companies’ profitability and day to day running of the business.
